I would suggest downloading a copy of the user manual for your printer -it gives step-by-step instructions as well as detailed pictures to follow to remove the toner cartridge from the drum

Install fax software . You can do this with the following procedure:
go to control panel, go to add and remove softwares and then in install windows components install fax .It will ask u for a windows cd

I cannot locate my user's guide but my printer says unable to print.I should look under routine maintenance. Help
