When i connect digital solution keychain to the usb port my computer doesnt recognize it. What can i do?

try a different USB port on the computer. If that doesn't work, it might for a scan for errors on the hard drive and a drive defrag, in that order.

Ok, I had the same problem of when you plug key chain into the computer, the display at first reads "PC Conect", then after about a minute, it sohws "No photo..Please connect to PC...Update Pictures.
Solution: I plugged it in to usb port and when it came up with "PC Connect", I pressed the 'M' button on the side. Then the display changed to read "PC Connecting", and the software came up on the computer monitor. Wha'la! Problem solved

I carry a small 8gb usb flash drive on my keychain for situations just like this....you can get them cheap now online or in a local store.....i keep full versions of windows, linux, other necessary repair and recovery software, and most importantly, all drivers that seem important enough to hang onto additional copies. Go here and download the drivers for your device and store them in a flash drive since any computer can read the embedded drivers of these drives......and next time you have a system ask for the drivers, pop your keychain flash drive into the most available usb port and select the drive to be scanned for drivers and install........doing this now will provide you with the ability and flexibility needed to work with higher end and recently released components.

check usb cable and make sure that the cable is connected properly .
Try connect to other usb port .

This would indicate to me that your MP3 Player might be bad. Have you tried to connect your MP3 player to another computer to see if it works on that computer?

I got a keychain for Christmas from Walgreen's and I must have accidently thrown away instructions if there were any. I plug it up to the computer with the provided USB cable and nothing registers on the computer that there is something connected. How do I download pics?

The Computer (3 2 vista's 1 xp) could not recognize the photo keychain on any USB port, using the supplied USB cable.

I have a USB cable with a one inch cylinder (Filter?) clamped around the cable on each end about 3/4 inch from the connector. The connection worked perfectly with this cable on a windows XP machine.

I'm not too sure from your question what your problem is. Do you mean a USB flash drive/key? Most modern ones don't even require driver installation. Neither do they have a button on, so I must be off point. Without more specific information, the only thing I can suggest is to connect the key directly to a USB port on your computer, and not via a USB hub if you're using one. Sometimes computers can take up to a minute to recognise the drive, after which time to can access by clicking on My Computer.
