Unable to install lexmark p4350 into window vista

most software that comes with printers pre-vista doesn't work, hence why most companies post vista drivers on their site.

What I suggest you do is:

1st Download the necessary vista driver for your printer to your desktop.(provided by Beni S-P)

2nd plug the printer in which will then in turn run the New Hardware Wizard.

(if the wizard doesn't run then right click My Computer > Manage > Device Manager > select and right click the printer (which should have a yellow question mark [?] > update drivers.

3rd Once the wizard opens then select No, Not at this time (because you already have the drivers downloaded) hit Next > then use the second option which is Install From a Specific Location > navigate to your desktop then select the driver that you downloaded and everything should work.

go to the lexmark website and download the driver for some odd reason the disk doesnt seem to work properly with vista
