You will need to replace the touch screen to get it to work. This is a common problem with the LgI have a Candian LG Vue 920 I bought on e-bay. LG - 2_bing.gif VU

Fatal error, means almost the same as it died.
If you can't reset it, I think you have to bring it to a LG certified repair centre. Or start saving for a new phone?
