Can I connect wired headphones to the SHAPR LC-32SB23U tv? And if so, where is the connection on the back of the tv?

The Sharp LC-32B23U does not have a headphone (3.5 mm) jack. See the specifications here: https://www.cnet.com/products/sharp-lc-32sb23u/ . It has an optical digital audio output. To connect your headphones, you could use a digital audio to RCA audio converter. See https://www.amazon.com/optical-rca-converter/s?k=optical+to+rca+converter for some converters. Then use RCA audio cable to connect to an RCA (2 F jacks) to 3.5 mm F adapter. (If your headphone has a detachable cable, you could use an audio adapter cable with 2 RCA M plugs on one end and the 3.5 mm M plug on the other.

I hope this helps.

Can I play my iTunes library through a Denon AVR-1700? if so, can I use a Macbook Air or do I need to use an older computer/PC? What adpaters do I need to make the connection.

You'll need a computer that has an audio output - either analog (male "RCA" phono plugs - Red/White typically), coax digital (also "RCA" phono - orange, typically), or TOSLINK optical (square fiber optic). For the MBA you'll need a headphone plug to RCA plug adapter cable. Connect one end to the computer and other to one of the inputs on the back of the Denon and select that input with you remote, play your music with bass you can not only hear, but feel as well.

I have audio but no video

This depends on the signal source. If it is digital, from a digital receiver, the audio will be either S/PDIF or Optical and the video will be a yellow RCA connector (co-axial). If analogue, the audio will be two RCA connectors (red-right and white-left) and the video will be component (green, blue, red RCA) Alternatively you may have a composite audio/video signal (yellow) which is both audio and video. Of course you must be sure to choose the inputs into which you have plugged your signal source. Cheers, Don.

How can I set up with my lcd Sony tv

If your home theater receiver has a digital optical input, run a digital optical cable from digital optical OUTPUT on TV to digital optical INPUT on receiver. If receiver is older and only has analog inputs, you can get an 1/8 inch to RCA cable(red/white), and plug 1/8 inch side to an output on back of TV and plug RCA side to aux input(or CD or cassette input) on back of receiver. DO NOT PLUG INTO PHONO INPUT! Either one of those cables can be found at Walmart, radio shack, or best buy, etc. Digital Optical cable is definitely the best choice, but I just used the 1/8 to RCA setup to hook up a Sony led to my brother's early 90's Pioneer receiver(not the ideal setup, but will work). Hope this helps.

HOW I CAN HAVE OUTPUT FRO AUDIO LINE ROM LG 55LH5000???

Hi, sorry but Most LG's no longer have audio outputs. The easiest way to get it ,You need to take the audio output from the source i.e. "cable box output"..if you have of course...
However whether your TV has this output or not we need to make some tests..5 different connections possibilities provided below.
(not by priority..you can start with any of it ).Below ,there is a sample TV back panel picture as well
Possible CONNECTIONS:
1) 2x RCA ports red / white is audio out ( L + R ) of TV to Stereo..
2) You can get also the audio digital output from the TV to a A/V receiver. the tv's optical audio out is stereo only mainly designed for freeview or tv audio to be output,
set the audio ouput on the TV menu to Dolby Digital, connect a digital optical out directly to the A/V receiver to receive audio signals.
3) since your TV has :2 x HDMI, SCART, AV, Component Video, VGA-sub, USB 2.0, connections, you may use the SCART plug to get Audio output for your TV .
TV's SCART connector which has 21 pins and "2x Audio Output " pins should be in it.
you need to buy an adapter called " RGB Scart Male to 3 RCA AV Female Adapter Converter" that can easily be found any electronic Market..one example as found eBay URL is below..
http://cgi.ebay.com/RGB-Scart-Male-3-RCA-AV-Female-Adapter-Converter-/130389078197
After you get this adapter, you need to carry the audio signal from SCART's RCA plugs to your Receiver with a 2x RCA (white/red ) cable.(if this does not work ,mfg should state somewhere in the manual..as your TV's "SCART socket IN only" ) if you properly connect IN/OUT plugs you will able to get the audio signal of the TV thru stereo..I recommend 2 $ value "RGB-Scart-Male-3-RCA-AV-Female-Adapter-Converter" with IN/OUT switch on it.
4) use HDMI connection of TV if you have HDMI input on your stereo of course...
5) if these are not an audio-out on one of these connectors , so you'll need to use the headphone socket if you want to plug it into a stereo. you need a cable 2x RCA to 3.5mm Headphone jack.
( This is the last ditch solution , since it mutes the whole sound.) ..
NOTE: if you connect this, pls be careful, your TV voice level will drive the stereo volume....

Hope this helps!..if more help requires Would you please let me know the result ?
Take care and please

Dont have my manual. i can't get am reception and it was good before. am reception is fine. also have a new lg led tv and the only audio coming out of the tv is an optic one, my onkyo tx-8511 does not have...

Register and download the manual for free at retrevo.com

http://www.retrevo.com/support/Onkyo-TX-8511-Receivers-manual/id/365ci176/t/2/

As far as the TV audio goes... unless it is the primary source of the audio (tuned through its own antenna and available no where else) why don't you just run the actual primary source's (cable/sat, whatever) best digital audio straight to the Onkyo and skip the middleman that adds nothing to it but expensive unnecessary cable hops.

I'd also run each video sources absolute best video straight to the TV for the same reason.

How do i play my ipod through the home theathre

Get you an Ipod harness adapter with RCA plugs from Radio Shack. Plug in the Left & Right channels of your RCA plugs to the Auxiliary input (or Tape, or CD inputs will work as well) of your receiver. Select that source input on your receiver and play your Ipod.

Can i use my mp3 player with a fisher rs 727 receiver/amp

Yes, just connect a male mini-plug/2 RCA male plug adapter into the mp3 player and connect the male RCA plugs to the AUX IN on the back of the receiver. It may take several pieces to "build" the adapter, e.g. often you'll find a male mini-plug/2 female RCA adapter, so then you'd need an RCA "patch" cable with males at both ends to complete the link.

Mp3 hook up

Use the mp3 ( line out, audio out), probably a mini plug 1/8th" and get a plug adapter to the standard RCA audio jacks, this is a splitter ( ie. 1 in 2 out ) and go into one of the denon audio in, there are 7 , this is unless you have a digital out on your mp3 player, then use this connection into the denon, 2 optical, and one coaxial which is not common on mp3 players, my bet it to use the digital optical for best quality, but this is possible only if your mp3 unit has that option.
