Since a DKT-2010 is just a phone that attaches to a Toshiba Key System, it's hard to say.
PRI and VoIP are two entirely different protocols. PRI is delivered on two pairs of wires and it contains up to 23 circuits and a data channel. It requires a card in your system, a DK, CTX, or CIX Key service unit.
VoIP can be delivered via an Analog Terminal Adapter, or directly into the KSU if you have a CIX-100 or higher system. Likewise, faxes are deliered on trunks to analog stations, or it just requires an analog line to receive. It can work within your system or outside of your system.
If you look at the manual, starting at page 21-23, this will give you an idea of the capabilities of a CIX system.
