But they support in some phones like Nokia, etc. Cmng 2 secnd prob, I think U hav the fies .mp4 files i.e., probably they might have been converted using a series60 phone's converter. so, check it out using another converter.

youtube videos come in .flv formatand only select players can play this format. you need to convert your videos first before playing them on most lg phones. the most popular format is .mp4. you can get free video converters online for this purpose.

Hiya, I had already converted mine to an mp3, and it still wasn't working, so I changed it to an m4a, and it worked! :) Instead of sending it to my phone by the computer cable, i sent it via bluetooth. Also, if you are using iTunes on a Mac, then when you drag the song out of your iTunes library, it will automatically be an m4a file.

please check if the videos are played on any other mobile phone.
or transfer a movie file whihc is played on anyother phone and they play it on cookie.

Ideally Cookie shupport .3gp and Mpeg 4 file formats. if this is not please contact the LG service center so that firmware can be updated.

The viewty will play .avi (divx) and MP4 files providing the display resolution is not above 320x240. If the the display resolution is above this for either format, you will receive a "file type is not supported" error. Please be aware that the viewty CAN play Divx .avi, Xvid .avi, .3GP and MP4, but only if they are not above that resolution.

Maybe the phone line was cut. Call your provider and ask them whats up.

I think this might be due to the file type. MP3.....Mp4.....WMA. you need to check which type of file the phone uses to play music files.
