I have Sony make handycam model DCR-TRV355E, Laptop make Toshiba Model VISTA home premium.Software supplied with the handycam (Driver)I am not able to download on laptop,also not able to download video from handycam to laptop.I Have USB cable.pl.advise how to download video on laptop
