on my kenmore machine nd means the drain filter is clogged. open the cover, drain water completely, remove and clean the filter, replace filter, tighten and close cover. hope this works for you. if not , at least your drain filter will be cleaned and you can eliminate it as the problem.
Check the shocks on the drum to make sure they are ok. if they wear out the drum spins out of balance and the computer wont allow it spine because it would WALK and damage itself.
Check the drain hose, ensure it is not kinked and check height.
Access the water pump filter. This is located in front at the bottom in most front loaders, in top loaders the pump is accessed from the back or from underneath the appliance.
Clean or replace the pressure switch.
Check if the pump is working.
Some of this troubleshooting is illustrated in the following article, dealing with no spin problem. This is because drain problems are often resulting in no-spin. See: If you have no spin there may be different reasons...
The OE code appears because the machine is not fully drained after 10 minutes to start the spin cycle. The machine cannot spin with water still not drained due to clogged/kinked drain hose, blocked pump filter, or pump not working. Remove the drain hose from where it is installed and drain the water from the machine into a basin that is enough to hold the water. The drain hose or the pump filter is indeed clogged/blocked if the water does not drain/flow by gravity into the basin.
Check to make sure that the drain hose is clear and not kinked. Open the pump filter cover then remove and clean the filter. Reach in the pump impeller with your finger and turn it to check whether it is stuck or not.
Make sure the pump wire harness is snugly connected and intact. Replace the pump if no issue is found with the drain hose, pump filter, impeller, and the wire harness or after all issues are addressed and the fault code still appears.

Probably the pump filter is blocked.Make sure the machine is empty...Access filter via small door at floor level. Unscrew the filter cap, and clean filter. check that there isn't a coin stopping the impeller vanes. ...When you take the cap off, any water left in machine will flow out!! Leaning the machine back can help.....Good luck...Nomess
Check your drain and make sure it isn't plugged. If ok then remove the bottom panel on the front of the machine. Under it is the washer pump. The pump is either clogged or bad. The washer will not go into a full spin when the water isn't draining properly.
The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off.Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully.Check your pump too, comes after the filter.
Check the drain spigot, where the drain hose attaches to the drain trap under the sink/tub.There may be a blockage in the spigot which is causing the water to drain very slowly and therefor not allowing the machine to spin at normal fast speed.
