We are trying to scan copied information into the computer in order to be able to print out the number of copies that we need when we need it. Our Kyocera is installed as the printer for our network and will scan to one other computer, but it will not scan to our other network computers. It does scan to the computer, but I am unable to open it. It is telling me that there is no application associated with this specific file.
