Not spining and water not draining

The function of the pressure switch in the machine that gives a signal if the washing machine is full or empty with water.Spining cycle will start only if the machine is previously drain water and pressure switch overlapped to the empty position. Check everything about pressure switch and hydraulic circuit (tube and pressure chamber).

Clutch, if its direct drive you need to pull the transmission

From the limited information you provided, I would concentrate on the transmission. Most are a two speed transmission - low for wash cycle and high for spin. If it isn't doing either, you should make sure that it is getting a signal to the transmission from the control board.

shut iff the water disconnect the drain line and clean out the drain pull the entire unit out and disconnect the drain that goes into the drain pump clean and make sure there is nothing clogged in the drain line. remove the drain pump and do a bench test on the drain pump to assure the impellar is spining on the inside of the drain pump. Reconnect your unit but leave the drain line going into a large bucket turn on the water supply press for the unit to start its cycle after a couple minutes then press and hold cancel for three seconds this puts the unit into the drain function while the unit is draining the water observe how strong the flow of water is going into the bucket. If when you observe the impellar you do not see the impellar spining then replace the drain pump most likely you have something caught in the drain line of where the line plugs into your sink area.
