No one can help as you have not actually said what the problem is? It just says "Problem with Samsung Ref." Without any info all anyone can do is suggest going to the Samsung website, find the customer service number and give them a call. Sometimes they will also have troubleshooting on their site under support.

You have dead pixels , It may cost more to fix than getting a new tv, ill recommend calling samsung and talking to them to see if your still under warranty. Thanks -JC

I got a samsung jet for christmas and I'm really dissappointed because when I search for devices in my toyota it won't find my toyota bluetooth and so I can't connect it. I have another samsung SGH E 530 which connects easily and the jet connected with my husband's car bluetooth. What can I do because I really need it?

For some reason some of the newer Samsung phones require you to set up the MMS services and also the Internet on their phones. If you visit www.samsung.com and follow support and FAQ's it will show you how to do this. Good luck!

For Samsung HT-X20 the region code unlock listed workd perfectly. Just hit 8,4,2,6,9 then ENTER (do this twice) and it will play your DVD which it did not before.
