IT WONT TURN ON, IT MAKES A CLICKING NOISE. Do i need a new bulb?

Do you own a multimeter and a test light? Can you perform some diagnostics on the battery, continuity check on the ground and (+) cable and at the fuse box. Your symptoms sound like that of a low battery or poor electrical connection. Please write back with questions and new information. Good Luck.

Clicking sound you hear is the belt tensioner, due to a malfunctionig a/c compressor ,

the reed valves of the compressor are broken causing unstable pressure that makes the belt tensioner vibrate

problem of the lens unit not getting opend well,so get it serviced/replace it

The bulb went out, The clicking is the ballast trying to start the bulb

Sounds like your thinking in the right area. Up on stands or hoist look for ripped boot, and/or movement at joint.

Replace any swolen capacitors in power board.

tv wont turn on when i hit power it makes the clicking noise like it is going to turn on, but never does and the red timer light next to the power button just flashes.
