Just make a call to Aircel Customer Care .123. from your friend's / relative, who is using same network and follow the instruction. They will provide you the PUK (Personal Unlocking Key). All the SIM has their particular PUK which is maintain by the service provider.Good luck
Very simple. Contact AIRCEL customer care from another sim. Only they can help you with this. you might be asked to show up at their nearest customer care terminal to verify that it is not a stolen sim. rest assured, you will get your puk code.
PUKs, or personal unblocking keys, are used to unblock a mobile phone which becomes blocked. Mobile phones may become blocked when a PIN (personal identification number) is entered incorrectly on three consecutive occasions. In some instances, the phone may become blocked, which requires a PUK to unblock it, and in other instances, the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card itself becomes blocked and again will require a PUK to unblock it.
Mobile phones are also blocked when they are reported stolen and if there is an outstanding payment on the account.
It is important to differentiate between unblocking phones (using a PUK) and unlocking mobile phones (using another type of code). More information on unlocking phones will be available here in the very near future.
NOTE: It is a criminal offence for anyone to attempt to unblock a mobile phone, other than the network provider who put the block on the phone.
If your phone has become blocked by mistake, for example you have entered the PIN incorrectly on three consecutive occasions, then you need to contact the mobile phone network operator with your details. To explain a little more, specific to your mobile phone network, use the links above to navigate your way to the specific PUK details for your mobile phone network operator.
Do not enter any code into your phone. The PUK code is a code that your service provider has and not one that you would know or have in your manual. If your an AT&T customer they do provide PUK on their website. If you have entered in a code and the phone is now saying PUK blocked you'll have to go to store to purchase a new SIM card.
