I have a Motion Computing C5 Tablet PC. It won't power on. The battery is fully charged. It doesn't matter if it's plugged in or not. I tried pushing & holding power button, pushing short time, taking battery out and putting back in. The green LED light around the power button does not light.
Hi! I do understand that you are having the problem on the laptop turning on. Try another option, turn off laptop, remove cables and battery, press and hold power button for 10 secs. Reinsert the cables and battery on the laptop. Then turn it on. If the laptop did not turned on, remove the power cable and turned on the laptop. If still didn't, remove the battery and insert the power cable. If still did not work then check if there lights flashed on the laptop when turning it on. If still does not, then you need to contact the pc manufacturer for repair and possible replacement. Otherwise, if there is light on the laptop, then there might be a problem either the battery or the power cable itself. If there is light on the laptop but no power cable, most likely the monitor did not work simply because the battery works due to the fact that there is light on the laptop. On the other hand if there is light when plugging in the power cable on the laptop, then you need to check and insert another battery if it works. Otherwise you need to replace the battery...

The power button is pushed in all the time. When we opened the case the plastic piece that is attached to the button is broke. Can we fix it ourselves? If so, how?

Ok here is the deal my son received a tablet for X-mas and has forgotten his password. So we tried to reset it the way it tells us to hold volume up button with power button for five seconds. After it has been charged of course. This does not work at all tried many times. What can I do to reset this? Please help!
