I have the drivers downloade but my photo express wont download my pictures and i can't find the cd

When you lost the disk, most of the time you can get the software on the website for your brand. Sometimes you even get newer, updated software and new drivers if needed.
If you can't get software form your brand, you always can install other generic software like Ulead, Pixir, BeFunkey, Gimp, Photoshop express. Or if that is not possible you could install an external memory card reader and download the pictures via de memory card reader.

Always install the software that came with the camera (on CD or DVD) first. The computer needs a driver for the camera and software to transfer the pictures. For lot of brands you can download the software from their site, because the software only works with brand own cameras. Some free software like from Ulead, Pixir, BeFunkey, Gimp, Photoshop express, could work as well, but still you have to install software.

You will open the photo from internet from any free side .Right click on the pic and save as to your destination. After download all the pic burn cd from data option,

There are two different versions of the express if you follow the link directly below scroll down and click on the picture that looks like your camera. From there you can download the latest drivers for that camera after you click on the picture of the camera it will say "Download installation software, drivers, updates and more." on the right side of the page click that and then choose your operating system.

Did you install the drivers from the CD which came with your camera???. The drivers must be installed, before you can connect your camera to your laptop. If not follow these steps in sequence

1- Use the CD to install the drivers. If you do not have the CD, please go to fuji web site and download it. Here is the link

2- After installing the drivers, connect your camera to your laptop, turn it on and follow the screen to install the drivers.

3- After it is finished (ready) , click on start, then computer. If the drivers was installed correctely, you would see an icon with all or part of fuji Finepix s9000. Double click on that icon.

4- You would see one or more folders, which contain all of the pictures and/or videos stored in your camera.

Now you could download, copy, delete etc all of your stored pictures.
