I have a Bosch dishwasher with a rinse indicator light. When the light is on it's supposed to be indicating that the rinse aid is emptybut my rinse aid container is not empty even though the light is on. The rinse indicator can be turned on and off and I am assuming it's presently turned off which is why the light indicator is on and the rinse aid is not being used. The manual says to 'see auto 3in1 chapter' to turn the rinse aid on or off but there is no reference to 3in1 chapter in the manual. So how do I turn the rinse aid on?

Bosch dishwasher rinse aid and check water light flashing.

First you have to fix where the leak is coming from that tripped to E15 error code. You can reset by turning off power for 15 minutes.

An E15 error code indicates that the safety switch has detected water in the base of the dishwasher. Your leakage protection system has activated. What can I do to fix the E15 Error Code on my dishwasher?

How to reset rinse aid indicator for a Haier freestanding dishwasher please?

Edited to correct spelling of Haier.

2.Pour rinse aid into the circular opening, making sure not to fill beyond the MAX marking. IMPORTANT! Take care not to spill rinse aid into the dishwasher.

Any spills must be wiped up to prevent excess foaming. Failure to do so may result in a service call, which will not be covered by warranty.

3.Close the cover, making sure it clicks shut.

4. Press and hold the START/PAUSE button for 3 sec after each refill to reset rinse aid indicator.

We have a Siemens dishwasherSN66T091GB. The unit is not showing a fault code but the 'tap' light and 'rinse aid' lights are flashing continuously.

Tap symbol indicates a water problem.

Check that the water supply to the dishwasher has been turned on.

Check that the water supply hose hasn't bent or kinked.

Check the water supply first, see what you find.

Rinse Aid symbol light indicates low on rinse additive.

Hope this helps?

Where to put rinse aid in cdw10 dishwasher

Rinse aid makes dishes sparkle more as it improves their drying. The rinse aid container is situated on the inside of the door. You should fill the rinse aid container when indicator lights up on the container and the rinse aid indicator light on the control panel flashes. You can use simple vinegar as a rinse aid (white is best but apple or malt is fine).

Adding rinse aid.
To open the dispenser, turn cap anticlockwise. Take care when you pour in the rinse aid to avoid it overflowing. You can regulate the amount of rinse aid used by the dishwasher, move the adjuster which you will find under lid. The amount of rinse aid needs to be increased if the dishes appear dull or you can see circular stains. The amount of rinse aid needs to be reduced if the dishes are sticky or see white streaks.

You can choose from six different positions. It is normally set to 4.

Unknown control panel symbols bosch dishwasher super silent

Wash Cycle Options

Delay Start (model dependent):

This option allows you to delay the start time of your dishwasher up

to 19 hours.

Sanitize:

The Sanitize feature is available only in the Heavy, Auto, Normal and Half Load cycles. Press the

"Sanitize Option" button to activate the Sanitation features during these cycles. The technical sanitation

measures may also improve the drying results. The sanitize LED or The "Water Pipe" symbol will light when sanitation

requirements are met.

Note: The dishwasher automatically defaults to Auto Wash when turned off and back on. If you used the sanitize option
in your last cycle, the dishwasher will default to Auto Wash with the Sanitize option selected when you turn it on.

To achieve proper drying, always use a liquid rinse aid, even if your detergent contains a rinse aid or

drying additive.

Note: The dishwasher indicates low rinse aid by turning on the Refill Rinse Aid indicator LED (for units without

a display) or The "Spray Looking" symbol (for units with a display).

If this light is on, you need to refill the rinse aid dispenser

I got the idea that the "squiggly arrow" has something to do with the sanitize feature also. If you post your model number "on the inside right hand side of your dishwasher door" I'll go get your manual and post the link here. Hope this helps so far! :)

The dishwasher doesnot dry anything.

  • Check the rinse aid indicator beside the rinse aid dispenser cap. If the indicator window is clear, refill the dispenser. The dishwasher will retain moisture and the heat dry option will not perform properly without rinse aid. Turn the dispenser cap clockwise and lift it up to remove it. Pour rinse aid into the dispenser until the indicator appears full. Place the dispenser cap over the dispenser and turn it counterclockwise to tighten it.

  • Load the dishes properly so that all dishes can drain after the rinse cycle. Do not overload the dishwasher. Towel-dry plastic dishes because they will not dry completely during the dry cycle.

  • Select the heated dry option on the dishwasher. The air-dry and energy-saving dry options will not perform as well as the heated dry.

Where do I put salt into a G665 model

Salt and rinse aid are low if the indicator light is on.

Salt is placed in a compartment in the bottom of the inside of the dishwasher. It has a round approx 10cm diameter screw cap.

Rinse aid goes in under a flap in the inside of the door near the powder dispenser
