A part that fell out of my machine, looks like a presser foot. where does it go. I know it came from the automatic threader.
WE FIXED IT!!!!! Ok my fabulous husband fixed my automatic thread foot last night and now I am sewing away. Here is what he did best I can describe. when you engage the thread shuttle, a piece comes down from the right of the sewing machine. I has a spring on the back and a very thin piece of wire with a white plastic moving part. the foot has to snap under the white plastic thing... so you have to very carefully take the white thing out of the track and then put the foot in. the bar side with the larger metal pin goes here and the foot should be facing towards the needle. Hope this helps and if I didn;t explain it well please leave me a note and I will try again :)
When you engage the thread shuttle, a piece comes down from the right side of the thread compartment. It has a spring on the back and a very thin piece of wire with a white plastic moving disc with a hole in it. Carefully remove the white disc from the track, insert the larger metal pin in the hole, with the 2 prongs facing the needle. Replace the white disc in the track and allow the spring to retract the unit. This should take care of the problem.
It may be the thread foot from where the thread comes down from the thread cartridge

When loading the the cartridge a foot looking devise fell off and i dont know where it goes or how to put it back on. It has to do with auto threading.
