My LG Washing machine WM2496HSM is displaying and OE error. From my research on the internet it appears the pump is blocked. Can you assist me to locate the pump? Regards

OE error code indicates that the washer is unable to drain the water it used during the wash cycle. OE can be triggered by a kinked drain hose or a clogged drain pump filter.

OE means uneven load.
If you can open door, put a dry towel in with the washing and try spinning again ...

OE - drain error - 5 minute time out drain time error. check your pump/filter for blockages. Clean out the trap from the bottom, something is jamming the drain motor.
