Click on Forgot your password and put your email to verify your profile, whether it is or not. . Then send the PIN code to the phone number registered with your account or by e-mail, so you can set a new password
Use the "forgot password" link below the sign in spot. They should be able to send you your password in your e-mail.
If you changed your email since you signed up for face-book, you might have to sign up again for a new face-book account. When you sign up for facebook, It is tied in with your email, mainly for the recovery of your password.

when on the facebook login page right under where you type your password, there is a link that says forgot my password, left click on link & follow instructions, then you will be sent, via email a temp password to log in. once in you can change your password to what ever you want.
You can get or change your Yahoo password by clicking on forgot password. You can try logging in off facebook but it may not work if the passwords are different

immediately change the password to your facebook account. dont worry about lost email passwords, u can almost always reset it with the Lost Password (or Forgot Password) option that most email providers have.
