About installation cd

You will need to download the driver and save to a folder on your computer. if you go to Ricoh.co.uk at the top bar you will find a tab or downloads then look at right hand tab for network drivers and click here it will take you to another page select your copier here and it will take you to an external site then you can choose your operating system and download to a folder.. go to add printer on the desktop of your computer and when it asks for disk press have disk and search to desktop folder click and it should run from there. you may have to open the zip file before running the add printer and save it to the same folder
