The only way to reconnect is to pay for another chat session.But you can send Basti comments by going to MY PROFILE and the scroll down and click on VIEW CHAT SESSION you will find a post comment link.

Have you tried ejecting the CD through the computer? OR There is a small hole near the button of CD Rom. Put a paper clip/pin through that and push it till it strikes something hard. Press it gently. It will release the lock and CD cover will open.
Since you are in Basti, The service providers are given below. Contact them if you are not able to open CD Rom using above methods.

Error 41 is a printhead issue. The printhead needs to be replaced. You may order them here.

Please perform the following steps.
This error message appears because the security certificate was issued by the University itself and not by an authority acknowledged by Microsoft.
To solve this problem, for most webpages you just have to install the "CA Certificate" of Ghent University in your browser.
For certain websites, such as https://zephyr.ugent.be, you need to import its own certificate:
Click on "Certificate Error" next to the IE7 address bar and then "View certificates"
Click on "Install certificate..."
Click "Next"
You will be asked where the certificate has to be stored. You can use the default setting and click "Next".
Click "Finish"
Confirm by clicking "Yes"
On your next visit, you will not see the error message again. Hopefully it should work.. Thank you

I'm sooo sorry. I'm not sure what I did that caused this response. I'm new to the FixYa community. But if there is a way to correct it I will. I was thrilled with the solution. And because of it I will use FixYa agian.
