I am wanting to download some of my movies on my mp3 player and lost my manual. I have tried putting in a movie in the computer and going to video folders and hitting the "E:" drive where the movie is in and still doesn't work. Also I have tried with other movies saved on my computer but they don't open either. What is the process I need to take?
You will need a proper media convertor that is recognisable for your Coby. Down this sofware from the Coby media player downloads and install this in your computer. Convert all your movies within the computer to convert using the sofware , connecting your Coby to the PC , copy to the player. Repeat the process for all the video files. Hope this helps you.
