It is a fuser problem:-you have to check-. 1-low temprature due to blown lamp(change it). 2-thermal switch(reset it)by pressing on it. 3-ac driver problem(heater control board.

This error means that the Fixing heater is not working. It has not reached operating temperature after a specified time. It has probably blown the heater element. You will need a trained technician to repair this. E000 errors will not clear until the fault has been rectified and then reset by a technician. This is to prevent any fire risk.
Your problem in the fuser unit.Check and clean the fuser unit component parts:thermistors, thermofuses, verify the continuity of the heater lamp, and verify the upper and lower fuser roller mechanical.
E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 Error code: Due to AC line noise Error Code
Symptom
E002/E000/E003/E261/E733: due to AC line noise.
Description
E002/E000/E003/E261/E733 occur due to AC line noise. If the above error codes are frequently recorded in the error log, they might concern AC line noise.
Cause
When the machine tries to detect a Zero-cross signal of AC line, it will fail if a noise occurred around the zero-cross point. Since the fixing temperature is controlled based on the zero-cross signal, there is a possibility that the fixing temperature could not rise properly if a noise occurs several times.
Field Remedy
Replace the Switching Regulator PCB ***'y with a new one. 120V: FH3-2613 220V/240V: FH3-2614 The circuit has been modified to resist a noise.
REMEDY
Caution Press (* then 2 and 8 together then *)you are in service mode monitor:To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
A E000 code means the error history has detected any one of the following error codes 4 times :E001;E002;E003.Here's the definitive reset procedurePress Additional Functions key Press # Press > to #7 Printer Function Press Set Press > to #4 Printer Reset Press Set Press < Unplug printer and repower it.
First of all a E000 is a power proble that the fuser is not warming up in time or power is not avaible. Is it possible that you may not have a outlet just for the copier by it self.... It could be low on usable power. If the power is good, I would say that your Upper heating unit is shorting out from time to time. You will need to have to replace the fixing unit if it is to much of a pain to deal with.
take out the fuser (this is where the paper exits and gets hot) the tow long big rollers, the lamp may have blown or the thermofuse (keeps the copier from over heating and going to meltdown) may be bad.
The newer ones (not sure about this model ) have a ceramic instead of a heat lamp and also a thin brown film instead of rollers.
if it has a film make sure it is not torn or displaced.
