No,the LCD screen panel are broken right?The LCD screen are 90% of the tv,will cost the same as a new tv to do the replacement of the LCD screen.Now the tv,not worth as a whole tv anymore.Tv only can be salvage for electronic boards only now.

Not worth fixing,if the LCD screen panel is damage or broken.Because LCD screen it limited produce it will cost the same as a new tv.Might even cost more after the LCD screen panel part and labors.The LCD screen panel is 90% of the tv,broken or damage LCD screen panel not worth as a whole tv anymore.The tv now only worth as salvage electronics boards parts.

If ur screen is got hit by any object or LCD screen noticeable,broken not worth fixing,because the tv compannies sell the LCD screen same as a new tv.If the tv is normal use video just die.Than replaced ur LCD inverter board to get picture back.

Yes if you have the skill level, most screens are faily easy to replace. Screens can be bought of Ebay.

You may be able to fix it yourself if you can find a replacement screen, and you have some basic experience and are comfortable with electronics. Usually there's no soldering involved, with replacement merely requiring unplugging and reinserting the screens ribbon cable in it's connector. I usually search ebay for a broken camera with other problems that I can cannibalize. Here's some examples on LCD replacement:
