I have saved all my contacts onto my sim from my old nokia ph. I am trying to access them now on my new nokia e65 but they are not there what do i do

You didn't save them to your SIM card on your old phone.
If you take your old phone & your new phone into a store you can ask them to switch the contacts over & they should be able to do it right then in there in just a few minutes.

The one thing is, you should save it only once (whether its in sim or phone), and when you put the new sim, some handsets will ask whether you want to copy the contacts to phone or not and you might have selected yes.. so go to the phone memory contact and check those no, there might be duplicate nos in that, that might be the reason why you are not getting the name of the person on call. Save a new name and enter your another mobile no (which you never saved before), and call to your mobile from that another no and check.. hope this will help you..

To save contacts to phone. Do these;

1. Go to contacts> Scroll till you see Copy from SIM to Phone> It will then prompt you if you want to move all contacts to phone> Select 'Yes'.

just copy all contect to blank sim
then sim to new phone agin and again or with 2 or more sim

possibly, those data would be in your old mobile's memory. check it out, temme if its not so....

have u installed the nokia pc suite in your computer.
or else if u dont use ur computer u can also
have the problem solved with your phone itself.

have you tried using a different sim card

write them down and then save them on your sim from your old phone

You'll need your security code. If you didn't make one try "0000" or "the last 4 of your phone number". 1. Press menu in the "stand by mode" 2. Select "settings" and "security settings" 3. Select "Memory" if will ask for your code. 4 you now have the option of either using the "phone memory" or the "SIM memory" or "both". Try both. See what happens then try phone only. Its up to you.
