First, open your Internet Options. Delete all temp files and history files.

Problem lies where u DOWNLOADED it from!
Ussually some sites where u downloaded it comes with their additional TOOLBARS and SEARCH engine that makes ur computer slows down!
I got the faster one from Yahoo itself!

it is my opinion that internet explorer is a bad joke. i suggest using Mozilla Firefox, its a free download. i have windows 7 that came with IE8 and after a month, i couldn't download anything, open links in email, even my antivirus gave me grief over it, so i gave up on it

more ram would help a lot. with IE8, you have to have at least service pack 2 installed

You are suggested to clean of cashes from the Windows drive and use firefox instead of internet explorer if yet it won't get smooth than it the hardware problem probly of internet speed. or if wireless than Signals coming less.

go to cnet.com and download trojan remover. install it and run it. it will fix everything and restore things to it's rightfull location. when you finish delete it. i recommend IE7 it is better because it has phisling filter. IE8 cause alot of problems for most pc like slow running pc page not displaying. ie8 not a good one ie7 very good

clic on startup than disable any process wich is not in system
clik -ok- than exit without reboot pc
