Hello i hope u 'll be fine.... thanks for using fixya.
On the home page the person u want to log out there will be a drop down menu name as Account on the top right side.
When u 'll click on drop down 'll open and the last option 'll be Logout,
Just click on it, the person's account 'll be logged out just log in your account then and enjoy

If his account comes up, log out of it by clicking the small gear icon in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

When you sign in, make sure you check the "Keep me logged in" box just below the "Email or Phone" box.

They've hidden the Log Out option, click on Account in the top right corner, and then select "Log Out". Make sure you don't check the "Remember Me" option when you login, lest someone fiddle with your profile though!

How to tell if someone else logged into your account
Facebook doesn't allow double log ins on a web browser. If you log in, and someone else logs in, you're going to be signed out.

This doesn't apply to Mobile web versions, or the iPhone App though.

When i use my yahoo default mail to reply my yahoo messenger signs out and says i using another computer or device
This is because someone else or some other thing is logging into your account elsewhere thus logging you out. Could you have an iPhone, phone, another computer (i.e. Laptop) with your account saved. i.e. if you startup your laptop or someone else does at your house/office and it automatically logs your pre-saved Yahoo account in while your already logged in, it will log you out and return to you that message.

Someone got on my laptop and did not log out. how do I let another guest sign on to get their email?
If the laptop is locked by that user, just power down the laptop by holding down the power button for 6 seconds, it will shut down.

If not, just log that user off and have someone else login.

You could also switch users instead of log off.
