I would say the roller isn't the problem. I had the same problem on many Zebra printers, but often the calibration helped. Then it could do, when printing
task label is for larger/longer than the label size is set in the printer system
(conflict of software with printer settings after calibration). It could be set too down to bottom in Y axis. Or
it could be in the software settings - as action after print - not sure.
Try to open the printer queue while the label is printed and check if the label has proper number of pages or there's 1 page more. If it is the right number - then the problem is on printer side (recalibrate, reflash it). If the number is about 1 higher, the problem is with settings of the label size (barcode software, printer settings) or action after print on PC side.

SOURCE: PRINT WILL NOT STAY ALIGNED ON EACH LABEL-RUNS ONTO NEXT LABEL
Check the tension on the Ribbon Take-up Spindle there is a nut on it that sometimes can loosen or tighten its self and will throw off the lables. Its a nut that has a of couple Hex nuts on the corner, screw the nut to about the 3rd thread from the top of the bolt facing you then tighten the hex nuts on the corners of the nut. Then try printing the labels make sure the media guide also is set to the lable size that is installed.

As per someone elses post here:
# Select Print from the File menu.
If you see the message The Epson Printer Driver dealing with CD printing is not installed, click OK.
# Click Tray, select Tray 2, then click OK.
Note: If Tray 2 is not selected, the CD design will print in the wrong position.
# Click Manual Print.
# Make sure Epson Stylus Photo R(your model) is selected.
# Under Paper, select the following settings:
* Source: Manual
* Size: A4
# Click Properties.
# Select CD/DVD or CD/DVD Premium Surface for the Media Type setting.
# Click OK, then click OK again to print.
Go to the label creator in your Roxio 6, Click on EDIT, then click on PREFERENCES, go to the DISC tab and unclick the "Print Disc cut Lines" and the "Print Disc outline" boxes. This should fix your problem.
