On Control Panel-Touch Screen, Down right Side there is a tab to change the languages/Language Setting.
Even if it is Chinese or Portuguese language showing just click on the down right side button on touch screen, a new menu will appear. From there you can select your desired language.English-Chinese etc.
My Blu Zoey T176 was in Portuguese so it made it all the more difficult but after about a hour of fiddling through the menus here are the settings.
Go to Menu....then the Tool Box (wrench & gear symbol) settings
Toggle down to Number 3 which is phone settings and select "OK"
Toggle down to Number 2 which is Language ... I selected English which is number 1. Appears to be three Languages available...1. English, 2. Spanish and 3. Portuguese !
Solution #3 worked for me, but the first part "choose the 9th item' wasn't accurate b/c the menu is all pictures. However, this corresponds to the Setup menu item which looks like a small screwdriver and wrench. After that, it was the 6th item down like it said.
