For HVB or custom pillar bedded stock, HS Precision recommends 65 in lbs. Other 3rd party stocks are 50 in lbs and Winchester recommends 35 in lbs in the post 64 manual.
And the #Gxxxxxxx rifles have unknown manufacturing dates. They were made by a company that never said what the year ranges were on the numbers.
