The roller key on the side will adust the volume, i am sure you have tried this with no avail, however there is a little bit more to know. If you press and hold it until it shows the volume 'chart' then you can roll up and down this will adjust volume as well but on the other 'realm' sometime these phones are programmed backwards. The scenario i gave you should increase the volume of purhaps music or videos, and just using the roller it should increase call volume.
Now if neither of these methods work then i would suggest taking compressed air to the speaker, if metal filings gathered in there it will muffle the sound considerably

There are also options for volume in your device's settings, under sound.
If it is hard to hear someone during a call you can turn on speaker mode which will make the sound a lot louder.

Nokia 6303ci -low speaker level.Volume bar-on max.After clean -same.Someone told me that for this model is normal low speaker level,but I don`t think so.
If the original recording is on low volume then you will get louder sound on the player device while if the recording is at high volume the you get low levels on player. try recording at lower volume settings on the phone. Then when you play it it will sound louder on increased volume.

When you are talking to someone, you can increase or decrease the incoming voice through Volume key. Press the volume Up to increase volume.
Remember volume will increase or decrease only if you ore on a call.

Very low volume. I can hardly hear when speaking on the phone
Most phones control in call volume with a designated volume button on the side of the phone or with the directional pad on the front. With most standard phones in call volume can only be accessed while actually on a call, this means that if you push the volume up button while talking to someone your volume will increase. If it is a smart phone you can generally access in call volume from the settings menu under sound or something like that. If none of this helps it may be a speaker fault.

My problem is ringer volume i cant when someone is calling
Hi, when a phone has a ringer volume problem, is either the ringer of the phone is weak and you can't hear when someone calls you or the volume of the ringer is yet at a very low level in sound.

You will need to check the volume settings of the phone if the volume is low so you can increase it to a high level.

If the setting of the volume is high, that means the ringer that a makes you hear when people call is weak and will need to be replaced.

EnV3 Ringer Volume TOO LOUD
There is a bug with this phone. All of them do this. The V05 firmware that came out 10-2-09 does not fix this. Sorry. I hate this too.

Low volume
Find someone in electronics to re-solder all connections inside the phone. Most likely your low audio power is related to a bad solder joint or other manufacturing error.
