No ideas about this error.
Seems fine, prints perfectly but it worries me.
any ideas?
I think the two lights flashing together indicates waste toner box missing or full but as this printer doesn't have a waste bottle I assume it means the processing unit (ie the drum bit) needs replacing.
Just sorted out my printer with this error. Two bottom lights flashing rapidly. If you look at other Kyocera manuals, you'll see error is waste toner box being full. Follow this U Tube video to sort it out - simple. Don't worry that it's not in English. Took me five minutes and error lights now out and prints fine!!
Sorry forgot U-Tube link - its here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQB03pWs...
Thanks, that worked for me as well. :)

The lower light is signaling that either you are low on toner or that your toner is empty. Since it is still printing I am guessing that it is low on toner.
The light above that should be signaling a paper error. This could either be low paper, out of paper or a mismatch of the paper sizes between what has been selected when printing and what the printer has.
If you still have your manual check it out it explains the error lights. If not you can always download a new manual from http://usa.kyoceramita.com.
