I tried all the codes with and without a 0 in front of the codes.



I also tried everything on channel 1 and on channel 3 Yes

I can use the code 754 to program the remote control.



Then when I press the volumn increase or decrease the TV button lights up but the TV volumn does not change.



Pressing the channel up and down the TV button lights up but the TV does not change channels.



Pressing the red off on TV button the TV button light up but the TV does not go off. I can use the code 754 to program the remote control.

I believe either you are doing something wrong or maybe your TV is not compatible.
