My phone will not ring only vibrate the master setting is on loud and everything seems to work fine but my sound i can hear people when they call and they can hear me but i dont know whats wrong my text and everything only vibrate...any one have the same problem? i have also taken out the battery cleaned it and also turned it off and let it sit nothing works. Does it have a speakerphone function, does that work? It would seem that the second speaker is malfunctioning. There is usually seperate speakers for the earpeice and for the rigner/speakerphone. You could open the phone and make sure the speaker is sitting correctly, it could have rotated off it's contacts. But you may have to replace the speaker, possible found on eBay.
check the settings in your phone book. this happened to my phone and all of the personal ring tones were set to vibrate. I don't know how this happened. I went into each contact and changed the ring tone to none and I am back in business
