On a Samsung Tocco Lite it is asking for phone lock code (i have forgotten it). It will not accept the * or # key. Is there a code that can unlock it.

In your case I believe your SIM is now FROZEN or locked. You mostlikely will need to purchase a new SIM card.

With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk.This will likely work with other Samsung phones
