Depending on what the innards look like, you can spend $15 at a home center like Home Depot for a toilet replacement parts kit. They're easy to install (about 30 minutes) and fix most common toilet issues.

If this won't work you might need to contact a plumbing supply company in your area. You'd be surprised what they have in inventory....

Toilet tank fills slowly

My sister has a two year old Jacuzzi toilet that worked fine until a few months ago. Then it started to take 10 minutes to shut off after each flush. I lifted the tank cover and immediately saw the problem; at least 90% of the refill water was going into the refill pipe instead of the tank. Upon examination I discovered that the plastic part that holds the flexible refill tube to the vertical refill pipe was broken. This part not only holds the refill tube in place, it also has a small orifice at the end to restrict the flow into the pipe. The part was broken in such a way as to let nearly all the water go into the refill pipe instead of the tank, hence it would run for 10 minutes after the toilet bowl was full and waste all that water. I found a small coarse thread stainless steel screw that fit into the plastic attachment piece to help plug the orifice and cut down the amount of water going to the refill pipe. Now the toilet flushes and refills in less than 2 minutes. I'm in the process of trying to find a replacement for that part but so far no luck.

I have a 3 yr old jacuzzi 3 inch value /flapper. need to replace the complete inside tank and gaskets to stop leaking.loew s is the place i went to purchase parts but they do not have them.no one has...

A local plumbing suppy may have it or order it for you... worth calling a well known local outfit...and having a chat with a live person.

Otherwise call Guillens Supply 1 800 222 7855
www.guillens.com

Their website is maddening.. unless you have specific part numbers from the owners manual or can access a parts diagram.. a phone call or email request or even a fax would be better.

Be very clear about what parts you need..

Best of luck

This toilet is great. We have had it installed for a little over a year and now we find that it has started leaking between the tank and the base. The model number is BK37959. We need to know how to...

you will need to pull the tank off and replace the gasket in between and make sure the nut underneath is tight. careful not to overtighten. Make sure you wear gloves the stain from the old gasket on your hands is hard to get off. Also when reattaching the tank be careful to not overtighten the bolts so you don't crack the tank.

I am looking for replacement parts for my jacuzzi one piece toilet. Nothing in the tank seems to be standard and I am having difficulty locating a replacement douglas valve and gasket.

Any place like lowe's that sell the Jacuzze brand should be able to order the parts you need or you can go to the Jacuzzi web site and find a dealer there or order the parts from them.

How do you replace the flapper for a 1.6 gallon, two piece Jacuzzi toilet

http://www.ccowhirlpool.com/web-pdfs/Jacuzzi_Whirlpool_Bath/Toiletry.pdf

The top link has diagrams of internal working's of different types of Jacuzzi toilets. Most of them have a tab's on the over flow tube that the flapper will fit on. Shut water off and flush tank to get most of the water out and take a look on how the old one is connected. And replace with a new one. Check out the chain or plastic string which connect's flapper to handle to get proper adjustment for flushing toilet.

We bought the Jacuzzi Perfecta toilet 1 year ago

The complication here is that Jacuzzi does not make toilets anymore than Sears makes refrigerators. In Sear's case their Kenmore refrigerators are from Whirlpool with the Kenmore name.

It is my understanding that Eljer was the manufacturer of the toilets with the Jacuzzi name typically sold at box stores. With that as a starting point, surf the web for any Eljer toilet tank replacement parts and see if you can find a similiar flusher
