My garmin nuvi 350 displays with a very light/white screen. It happenned after using it for a couple of years while driving. It still gives voice instructions but it is very hard to see anything displayed on the screen.

This can be a defective screen alredy that may need a replacement because there's a possibility that the screen is damage or there's just some parts inside it for the screen that may need to be back in place so if there's a repair center near you take it to them and have the screen check..
I am having the same problem with my nuvi 350 and its about the same age. I read on another post it may need a new battery but you need to send it to garmin. I am going to contact garmin directly.
A Nuvi 350 does not have bluetooth capability. Do you mean Nuvi 360? If it is a 350, then the firmware is corrupted or was flashed with the wrong firmware.
