If you don't have any internet access, you can reset the router by unplugging it from power and then plug it back in. Do the same for your ADSL or cable ISP modem which you have connected on your TP-Link router. RESET FIRST YOUR ADSL MODEM and then your router.
Other solution might be to do ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew on your command line window from your computer.

You all can try contacting your you ISP while they will provide you with some configuration and than it would work smooth as on direct conneted to modem .... its mainly the problem from Static ip , dynamic ip and pppoe mainly the connection we get is of PPPOE... and you can try puting PPPOE up to then Dynamic Ip
