    Thanks for trying to help. I was looking for a FREE manual or directions. I've seen these ones for pay ($22 in this case).

    There isn't a direct link to download the manual for the MC 4000, but I believe if you contact janome.com they will mail or possible email one out to you. But you'll have to wait a bit it.

I have lost my copy of the Instruction Manual for the machine. I have not used the machine for a couple of years and have forgotten how to use several stitches. Can I purchase a duplicate copy.
You can download partial manuals from the Janome site.
I coundn't find one for the Memory craft 4000, but there is one for the memory craft 4400, which should be very similar.
