Guys this is a netbook. Does not have a CD drive...
What you need to do is create a bootable USB thumb drive and install Windows 7 thru that USB.
Here is the detailed info and video on how to do it:

Hi,
First, I suggest that you download and install the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor in your Computer and run the Advisor. Following is the link to download the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor:

Once you download and install the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor, run the application to determine the compatible version of Windows 7 that your Computer supports.
As per the compatibility report, you can proceed further and use the version of Windows 7 and install the same in your Computer.
Use the compatible version of Windows 7 Bootable Disc and insert it in the CD/DVD Drive and restart the Computer. Once the Computer boots from the CD/DVD Drive, you will prompted about the installation process.
There are two options to choose from during the Windows 7 installation process:
Upgrade. This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, and keeps your files, settings, and programs in place on your computer.
Custom. This option replaces your current version of Windows with Windows 7, but doesn't preserve your files, settings, and programs. It's sometimes referred to as a clean installation for that reason.
