Hi just read your 2nd posting and the information from it indicates your machine has a faulty cold or hot water valve. Now have you or can you borrow an electrical test meter to test the OHMS RESISTANCE of the valves to determine which one is faulty? Please reply with additional information and I can guide you step by step in the testing of the valves.
Hi just read you last posting.Do you need help to replace the hot water valve? Please reply and if you do then I can guide you throe the repair step by step.1st thing, ring your local Fisher and Paykel spare parts distributor and find out if they have a water valve for your model of machine.Looking forward to your reply.
turns out it wasnt the water valves. It was the control panel. needed a new control panel due to water damage.
Hi just read your last posting. Now just a thought where did the water come from to damage the control board, hopefully your water valves are not leaking as I have seen water valves leak and cause the board to go faulty.Hopefully everything is OK with your machine and there is no more water near the control panel to cause it to fault.
