It is a job for your local jeweler as it requires a 'pin pusher' tool.

I have no ideal how old your watch is nor where you had the battery changed. Ideally I would take back to whom changed the battery to see if it was a good battery. If your watch is older it may be time for an adjustment.

Click on this and your customer support details will appear.

These watches only need to see a signal several times a day, not necessarily continuously.

If it keeps good time, don't worry about it.

i have a stauer 33 watch i can not get the pin to come out so i can set the date and time it is like it is stuck or am i not doing it wright. thanks for your help

I see that this watch gets it's time signal from Boulder, Colorado so it will only work properly in North America. Perhaps they also do models for the European market - if so I would expect them to work in the same fashion so the manual should still be relevant.
