Element stuck in standby and wont turn back on.

Hello,

This is a very common issue with that model. There are filter capacitors on the power supply board that fail and keep the back light power section from starting up correctly so you get no picture on the screen. The FLX-1910 uses the same power supply board of the Polaroid TLA-01911, below is a link to information showing how to repair this power supply board.

Element FLX-2610 Red standby LED is lit, but will not turn on

The set will need to be serviced, but sounds like you have a problem with either the power supply or main board.

Your TV has a bad panel. Your Panel needs replaced. Would be more cost effective to replace the TV.

Plugged a vga cable into it then it shut off never to turn on again. the red standby light stays on but nothing when i try the face buttons or the remote. any ideas?

This just happened to me. I unplugged the power cable from the set, plugged it back in, and it worked just fine.

You can unplug the power cord and drench the power and after go ahead and plug in back the TV and try to start it
