How do you turn off the hourly 'beep'? UMBRO digital watch model U645U

I tried to do this with a ted baker watch. i ended up button bashing, which involed holding down the bottom left button until the screen changed to the time set view then pressing the top right button then the bottom right button. you may have to sit there and button bash and try that. i swicthed both the alarm and the hourly chime back on by accudent and i am now trying to switch both off. ihowever, i was able to change teh hourly alarm to go off outside of work and sleep hours lol
