YouTube on my unlocked, jailbroken iPhone is not working

There are two different things that commonly get mixed up.

You can by simply downloading Ultrasnow in Cydia if your phone is already jailbroken. If it is not yet jailbroken, you need to connect it to a computer and use the jailbreak tool for your version. It would help if you can also mention the firmware version and the baseband of your phone right now.
