can u please clarify me what is meant by "UNDERCLOCKED"? would the ram not work at its peak ? for instance if i install 1 gb 400 mhz per slot (totalling 2 gb) wouldnt they work at there peak and give me the best and quicker performance which they should do and intended to do?
