I have a Kenmore HE2 washer model 110.46472501 but I can't find specific reference to that model online anywhere. I can't find my manual, and I'd like to run the self-cleaning cycle. I know there's a crazy key sequence to get it to run - got the details of it?

I wrote a tip about these washers. I include a service manual. It is best you read this before attempting washes. It will save you a lot of grief. DUET SPORT
Does it have a code...the access panel in on the front..above the drawers..screws are under so look for them...also go to their web site Kenmore.com and the have a help section.
Your washer needs to be serviced by a professional. That error code means there is a communication error between the Control Unit and the EEPROM; the CCU needs to be replaced. Check to see if your product is still under warranty.
