Hi :) It's been about a year since I've used my LG KG225 mobile phone, and it keeps telling me that I need the PUK. The problem is, I've no idea what that number is to activate the phone again. PIN/PIN2 and PUK codes are all service provider dependent you can NEVER get it from any 3rd service. So never trust any source that claim that they can give you your PIN or PUK.
You can get it free and it is your right, all you have to do is to call your service provider (Orange,T-Mobile..) from some other phone or land-line and ask them for the code, they will first authenticate the ownership of that specific SIM Card connection and will give you your PIN/PUK code in return. Note it somewhere for future reference.
