What driver for benq scanner 5000 model no 6678 9vi for windows 8 64 bit?
The BenQ 5000 Mirascan Scanner is no longer supported and does not have any 64-bit driver available. If the generic Windows 8 scanner driver doesn't work with it, then you will have to replace your scanner with a newer model.

Benq Mirascan 4.00 won't find Benq 4300 scanner using Windows 7 32 bit
I think this scanner is not supported in Windows 7 OS. You can alternatevely try to install Virtual PC->Windows XP Mode and install your scanner there, so you could use your old hardware. If you want to follow my advise, go to this page and follow the instructions about downloading and installing Windows XP mode on your workstation.
